Monday's News

Kind of nice out but chilly. I had to take LeeAnn to the vet; she's been acting miserable this last weekend. Not in pain per se but more distressed than anything. Unfortunately he couldn't do much because she's in heat plus the fleas are back in force. So more flea stuff (which seems to work damned fast btw) and hopefully I can get her scheduled for spaying next January. I would have done it this fall if not for all of the damned insurance premiums clobbering me. ::sigh:: If she's still stressed by Wednesday/Thursday, I am to call back so he can give her some tranks. I don't really approve of tranks but sometimes they are neccessary, *especially* with Christmas nearly here.

Now if I just knew what I was going to do for Christmas... probably nothing. What makes me mad is the fact that I was so *hoping* I could go someplace then but as usual, I am stuck here. The bad thing about it is that I am getting to the point where I really don't give a damn. ::shrugs:: Oh well... c'est la fucking vie. Or whatever.
